Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed. Orders may take longer to process during holidays, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume.

Available shipping methods, destinations, estimated delivery times, and shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address and order details.

Delivery Delays

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, carrier issues, customs inspections, incorrect address information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please make sure that your name, shipping address, telephone number, and postal code are correct before completing your order. Additional costs may apply if an order needs to be reshipped because of incorrect or incomplete address information.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges. Any applicable charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
